Job description:
- As Process Engineer PVD you will be part of the team for the launch of a completely new production / coating line at the Czech production site (with a one-shift-system).
- Process development and material preparation
- Operate wet chemical coating equipment in clean room environment
- Product analytics & reporting
- Quality control
- Material and safety management
- Reporting
Requirements:
- Good command of English (on a native level), both spoken and written. Good command of Czech language is preferred, but not a condition.
- Education in chemistry with emphasis on polymers preferred
- Several years of successful professional experience in a similar position, preferably in an international manufacturing company
- Experience in wet chemical films deposition is desirable
- Experience in the industrial sector is desirable
- You have excellent skills; you are convincing and know how to assert yourself in dealing with the staff and customers at all levels.
- Ability to solve conflicts and deal with critique
- Ability to recognize problems and target oriented problem solving
- Competent, independent and goal-oriented way of acting and business approach.
- You are a pro-active person with a high level of self motivation, initiative and engagement.
- Very sociable, communicative and team oriented personality
